Add 400kg of phenol to the sulfonation reactor for heating and melting, and then add sulfuric acid dropwise while stirring. The appropriate temperature for dripping should not exceed 110 ℃, and a total of 469kg should be added dropwise. After dripping, react at 100 ℃ for 2 hours, continue to heat up to 145-150 ℃, react for 4 hours, and proceed with sulfonation reaction. Start dropping 150kg of formaldehyde (35%) when the temperature drops to around 100 ℃. After dripping, react at 98-100 ℃ for 4 hours to obtain the finished product.
